Hive Fortress Bug

The NPC keep standing and nothing happen after i clear 20 waves. And map still counted as Incompleted so i cannot reach the Hive Colony

I have the same issue - the entire hive fortress encounter is completely bugged. The monsters AFK offscreen for 20 waves (they are out there if you leave the middle to go find them). Then you have to fight your way though the mass of monsters to get out which is borderline impossible.

I know this can happen in PoE 1 due to the "area has lots of totems" map mod but I've tried it a few times with different mods and its always the same.

I also had this bug. I cleared all 20 waves in the middle, Ailith plays some dialogue about leaving her, she can handle herself. The area becomes sealed by giant hands and although there are still monsters the game says there are 0 monsters. Additionally the map didn't count as complete even though I gained points towards genesis tree after clearing the waves. I couldn't portal out and had to go to character select to fix the issue.

Same here... Ailith just keep spamming some kind of waves in middle, while te area is locked down.
