Invulnurable Plagueling during the Ritual

The Summoning Circles and the first Ritual Encounter spawned very close to each other. I activated all 3 Summoning Circles, which caused two bosses to spawn: 1) Asinia and 2) Chetza, the Feathered Plague (which spawns the Plagueling).

After defeating both bosses, I completed the Ritual encounter. However, the Plagueling remained in an invulnerable state with no way to kill or dismiss it, forcing me to log out and back in to resolve the issue. The subsequent Ritual encounters had the same problem.

Happened to me as well, with a bird boss from summoning circle, if killed in ritual, the plagueling does not die, preventing the end of the ritual/
