Entered the Excavated Site

I defeated Benedictus and saw the cutscene with the Excavated Site opening up, but my character got stuck (unable to move or activate skills) and the NPCs stopped talking. This persisted when entered and exiting the zone. I made a new instance, reran the zone, and encountered the same issue at the same point.
