Always Attack without moving with any skill on left click prevents use of Stash and other items.

Found when putting Whirling Slash on Left Click. (Tested with other skills and seems to be any skill not just Whirling Slash)
Enable "Always Attack without Moving"

This prevents things like Opening Stash / Guild Stash and Using Portals.

However, you can still talk to Vendors.
