The Grand Expedition quest bug

Good afternoon, I've encountered a problem with the Grand Expedition quest. When using Vorana's logbook, the boss doesn't appear, and it's now impossible to continue the Kalgur storyline. Please help me resolve this issue, as I can't obtain a new quest logbook.this issue, as I can't obtain a new quest logbook.
