Fragments of the Past cannot be equipped while holding a Talisman

I saw in the recent hotfix patch notes the following fix:

"

-Fixed a bug where Fragments of the Past and Conductive Runes could not be used while shapeshifted.

I have found that while you are holding a Talisman, meaning while you are shapeshifted, you can't equip Fragments of the Past. However, you CAN still use it while shapeshifted with a workaround, let me explain.

So, when trying to equip Fragments of the Past while shapeshifted the skill gem will be red in your inventory, as if you can't equip it, and if you try to place it in an empty skill gem slot it won't let you. IF you unequip the talisman it DOES allow you to equip it, so if you equip Fragments of the Past like that, then re-equip the talisman, you will shapeshift into your animal form and will be able to use the skill.

So, technically the hotfix worked in the sense that you CAN 'use' it while shapeshifted, you just can't 'equip' it as well while shapeshifted. For now with the workaround it will still work, but I figured I should report non being able to equip it normally even though you are holding a valid martial weapon (talismans). I haven't tried with other weapons btw.

It's still very annoying, since it randomly turns off and you have to do the whole reequip routine again. I suppose with some interactions you still transform back to human form.

Agreed, it IS very annoying honestly, I've noticed some animations that force you into human form (like whenever you drop down to the Abyss Depths you find in a map) after that the skill can no longer be activated while shapeshifted and as you mentioned you have to do the whole re-equip routine again.
