Rune recipes for act 4 cannot be claimed

Hi,

I'm hopefully doing this bug report thing right but I started out as playing HCSSF but my character died but I decided to keep playing but in softcore SSF. I had already claimed all the rune recipes for all the acts so the "Plunder's Point" was already found and claimed.

Now the problem is that I have all the rune recipes EXCEPT for act 4 which cannot be claimed because you need to go to the "Plunders point" and then in to the new area "Deserted Post" where Farrow should be, but he is not there.
