Breach completion not tracking

Running one of the breach maps leading into the monastery and despite clearing the breach the map did not complete. I full cleared the map to make sure I didn't miss it also killing the map boss to no avail.

Did you die while fighting the boss?
This happened to me. Even after ultimately defeating the boss, the map wasn’t complete. I still had to clear an unstable breach, which I had already done on the way to the boss. |
