Abuss bug

Good afternoon. I was completing the "Abuss" quests. I encountered a bug where I accidentally died on the map's boss. All the content on the map was lost. To progress further in the quest, I needed to clear the boss and the abyss on the map. Restarting the map did not help. The abyss did not spawn. Does this mean that I have failed the quest line? Same problem, i didnt even fail the map, the abyss just didnt spawn in that map. In my case its Fortress, 1st one to the east of the well
