Rite of Nameless bug

Has anyone encounter a bug where they cant put the head of the king on the effigy to start the rite of the nameless? Its happened it me and it seems to have softlocked me Last bumped on May 31, 2026, 2:24:06 AM

Yea i'm experiencing the same bug currently i've tried resetting my game and everything. No luck tho

I just posted in the bug forum about this. Same thing happened to me. Still have the quest item and can't start the chase
