Will of The Draiocht Hilda node not working

Node explicitly states, "Rares CANNOT be possessed by azmeri spirits" however every map ive ran since choosing that node, the spirit has only been going for rares, despite sometimes being right next to the boss arena.

Yeah i have the same issue ...i planned my progression so i can try to farm rite of passage asap with this and it's freaking bugged with no atlas respec. This is very frustrating. League is cool but there's so many dam bug :X

bump if anyone search for help, for this to work it seems you need to have Hunt of the Apex allocated in your atlas tree.
