[PS5 Pro] Severe Account-Specific Rollback Loop & Crashes

I am posting this here because I reached out to Technical Support via email, but unfortunately, I only received a generic, copy-pasted template response that completely ignored the specific details of my issue. I am hoping a QA member or Developer can actually look into this, as it is completely ruining my experience. I am playing on a PS5 Pro and currently facing two major issues. The first one is a game-breaking bug tied directly to my account. 1. Account-Specific "Unexpected Disconnections" & Server Rollbacks Whenever I open a new endgame map or encounter a boss, I get an "Unexpected Disconnection" error and am sent back to the login screen. The worst part is that when I log back in, my character is rolled back, the map is gone, and the map device shows "failed." All my recent progress and items are wiped. Proof that this is an Account-Level Backend Issue: Since email support told me to just check my internet or post here, I did the troubleshooting myself. I tested this with a friend who also plays on a PS5: My friend logged into MY account on THEIR PS5 using THEIR internet. They immediately got the exact same disconnection and rollback. When they play on their own account on their console, they have zero issues. This definitively proves that the issue is NOT my client, my hardware, or my network. There is something fundamentally bugged or corrupted with my account's state on the backend server. I need someone to investigate my account data. 2. Frequent Client Crashes on PS5 Pro Aside from the rollbacks, I am also experiencing constant game crashes, specifically when there are a lot of visual effects on the screen. I reported this last league, but the issue is still present and makes mapping incredibly frustrating. I have already tried reinstalling the game and restoring my PS5 Pro, but it hasn't helped. Summary: As a dedicated supporter who has purchased multiple packs, getting an automated email response after losing endgame maps to server rollbacks is incredibly disheartening.
