Archon of Chayula Damage Bug - No elemental Damage

So when playing with the new Archon of Chayula buff, I assumed it would boost chaos and ele damage, but leave elemental damage. Color me surprised when I checked my tooltips, and it COMPLETELY DISABLES ELEMENTAL DAMAGE. Nowhere on the skill does it specify this is the intended outcome; screenshots are provided. Either this is bugged, or GGG needs to update the wording

I'm trying acolyte of chayula for the first time because of the new ascendency nodes. I hope too that GGG fixes it soon.
