Random idea i had for Lances

I know no one will read this, but i felt it was such a good idea i had to scream (or type) into the void.

Ok here goes, Lances as a 2 Handed Spear subtype.

They are Strength/Dex and can use all melee spear skills, a tradeoff for more damage is no ez ranged or blocking.
But the interesting part is they come with a skill that is basically summon Rhoa for melee. Not very use full but man would it be cool just to be a Lancer.

Maybe when mounted you are able to use ranged spear skills with the two hander or even equip a buckler(parry/Melee skills! while mounted!)

And if you want to ignore all this mounted malarky a sub-sub-type, Pikes, just 2 handed spears that only use melee but have some cool skill with them or simply give you more aoe as an implicit mod.
