Magic Breach Tablet Modifiers

There is a bug where a breach tablet can drop as magic, and then it has a hidden modifier that the player can't see and doesn't show up. Only one modifier can be added to the tablet, and afterwards, the tablet with only one modifier will state that there is no room for any other modifiers.
