Issue with Weapon Swap - I've tried everything!

Hey there,

I am having problems with my weapon swap. It's for the skill 'Freezing Mark'

It was working fine before I put on a new bow and belt, but no stat was changed in a way that would make me unable to use the skill on both weapon set 1 AND 2. If anything, my weapon set 2 has more stats than the first (which I do not use the first for my mark).

I've taken skill out, put new gem in, unlocked weapon swaps, put in different weapons, toyed with stats and there is no difference in it. The math is absolutely not mathing here.

Please help me!

Same thing just happened to me. Can't figure it out.
