Fortress Hardlocked Progression

If you die on the first map, the map prevents you from clearing it.
Locking you out of moving into the Fortress.
If you "complete" the map by killing the boss, clearing objectives or restarting the map, It will not count as completed but "Map in Progress" you will not be able to complete it for the atlas point or move past it as you did not complete it.
As its the first node into the fortress i cannot unlock new nodes and thus i am hardlocked out of moving into the fortress.
In this instance i died to invisible enemies from a content, likely a asset loading issue. There was nothing i could rly do to prevent this from happening and now i can't play the game.

Sorry i should clarify, by first map i do not mean the intro with the 4 levers.
I mean the first map with a " +1 atlas point " in the UI for the map node.

After relogging and reloading into the cleared map node (Map data reset), the atlas precusor interactable spawned in.
I guess it was thought of somewhat.

Same, nothing helps
