Can not leave Twisted Domain instance

I kill Xesht as a part of a quest, but there is no way out from this place. Can't click in TP - no action. No doors here. Any suggestion what can I do?

Killed Xesht on a witchunter and some of the waypoints don't work. No exit on either sides and cant use portal. His dialogue for his death pops up each time i approach the arena after death. FIX: If you need to fix log out and click home button next to your character profile and you will spawn in your hideout! Took me 20 minutes to figure out rip.
