hilda first great beast bug

killed the first great beast and did not get credit for it. cannot progress storyline.

I have the same problem. I accepted the quest from Hilda and killed the double bosses in Arid Plains but it didnt count. I dont see any other Great Beast to kill on the map and now I'm stuck too on the quest "Defeat the first Great Beast".

Same for me. No Great Beast icon anywhere now. I didn't get credit and can't progress.

+1 happened to me too. Soft locked from this quest chain now =/

Same. Additional details: was running with a friend; hilda did not portal in upon killing the great beast (was scorpion + worm duo).
