Unable to Use Map Device / Waystones - Legacy of the Precursors Quest Blocked

Description:

I have reached the endgame and received the quest "Legacy of the Precursors" with the objective:

"Use the Map Device to see if it is functional."

However, the Map Device cannot be interacted with at all. Clicking on it does nothing and no Atlas interface opens.


The quest remains stuck on "Use the Map Device to see if it is functional" and I cannot access Waystones or begin Atlas progression because the Map Device is completely non-interactive.

Additional information:

* The device is present next to Doryani.
* No interaction prompt appears.
* Endgame progression is currently blocked.

i have the same issue, died in HC.

When i started in normal the doryani map device quest started up again "to see if is functional"

Cant use in Hideout, cant use in endgame town / Oriath

I have tried everything short of reinstalling, but I don't think this is a player-related error. Same hideout, completely default, tried clearing everything and making changes — no effect.

I tried to level a new HC character and died before the map device quest — the map device is still bugged.

Confirmed now: it's bugged for all my Standard characters.

Talked to another player with the same issue; he was on SSF and league migration fixed it for him. That's not an option for me.

I tried deleting the level 66 character that first had the issue — no effect.

I am feeling so lost. I can't access late game content besides Trials.

I didnt have map devices on my 2nd char, but when i moved my original main to the ziggurat refuge via the hooded one in act 4, i could then use the map device and all my char though aswell

I have done this many times before but it seems as if they tried to fix it!
