Forgotten Bounty quest Bug (The RUneseeker)

Hi All,

So quest requires to find 4 pices of map, I have found 1st one and then dropped it on the floor, and carried with the game, now I wanted to come back gathered rest of them however the 1st one that I have throwed is not spawning on the body in Kedge Bay (Dead Man’s chest). Quest is stuck on take the treasuyre map to danning in kingsmarch however he has no option when talking to him

I am having the same issue. Quest is stuck in the "Take the Treasure Map to Dannig in Kingsmarch" state, but he has no dialogue option. I have 3/4 map fragments. I found the map fragment in Kedge Bay, but dropped it, and now it will not respawn.
