BuildPlanner missing after POE2 fresh install

Hello,

To provide some background on the issue I'm experiencing:

After the recent update, POE2 repeatedly shut down my entire computer when I entered The Dreadnaught for the first time. This happened more than three times, with the game causing a full system reboot each time.

Before this issue occurred, the BuildPlanner folder was already present and appeared to have been added automatically by the update. Everything was working correctly up until the uninstall.

After the repeated system shutdowns, I decided to completely uninstall all Path of Exile and Path of Exile 2 content. Following a fresh reinstall of POE2 through Steam, I noticed that the folder previously located at:

Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2

was no longer being created. I assumed the folder would be generated automatically after launching the game, but it never appeared. Also the issue with system shut downs was remedied, but now a new issue!

I then manually created the following directory:

Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2\BuildPlanner

However, the Build Planner feature still does not function, and I have confirmed in-game that it is not working.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, or is there a way to force POE2 to recreate the missing folder structure? Any assistance would be appreciated. One last thing to note is I saved the game to my internal Z: drive, I was unable to move from Z: to C: and wonder if this has anything to do with it.

Thank you.
