Ancient Beacons quest issue

Bug reference number 2,926,090,437.

Quest is stuck at "Find and activate an Ancient Beacon", map indicates I have already completed all 6 beacons (they are crossed out). I tried my best to go back to all of them, nothing happens when i approach, the platforms are closed.

Same problem. For me the vaal ruins portal spawned after I completed the 6th one but I forgot about it and the instance ended up resetting. Now every one I go back to doesnt spawn the portal. Theres a reddit thead about this where someone mentioned another encounter in the interludes. I guess thats the only solution right now.
