Softlocked on Boat in Act 4

I'm currently softlocked on the boat with Rhodri in Act 4 when going to Ngakanu. The waypoint is not interactable, Rhodri can't be talked to, the Ngakanu ladder won't lower, and if I portal the portal is also not interactable. I will try close the game and come back in a 30-minutes to hopefully have the instances reset or be moved to town, but if that doesn't work my character will be unplayable.


Possible way to re-create, go to Ngakanu as normal, immediately portal out after beach because your realize you screwed up attributes, and than for some reason use the waypoint back instead of the portal available.

Character looks bricked, still stuck on boat. Even if I select the option to log in at town/hideout it just logs me on the boat.
