Can't do any maps, can't access map altar, Stuck, can't do anything

Hello,

I've just finished all the main quest from the game.

At Kingsmarch, I talked to the Hooded One in order to "Travel to Ziggurat Refuge", wich I did.
But at the refuge I had no quest, nothing to do, can't speak to anyone, even tho my quest tells me to speak to the Hooded One. I can't access the map altar.

So I tried :
- Restart the game
- Change servers
- Actually doing a map by joining someone (wich worked, but the quest is still stuck, can't access to the map altar still)
- Talk to every NPC to try to unlock some dialog

I'm at the end of the campaign and I don't want to spend another 10 hours leleving just because of a bug, please, help me

Not sure if this is the same issue, but I recently died on HC and now I am unable to even access the map device again. I also do not want to re-do the campaign lmao

Have this issue too ive got all the quests for maps but just cant use the map device it doesnt have a prompt

Did you go and check in Sin in the far corner once you made it to maps?
