Softlock in League Content Quest (Step: Plunder's Point)

Hi,

So, I got to Plunder's Point, started the expedition logbook encounter.
I died during it ,and now the area will not load with a new encounter, while my quest specifically states: "Survive the Expedition Encounter"

I have tried to make a new instance several times, but the map is completely empty, just Dannig and Farrow standing around.
