Ancient Vows // Relic Buffs inoperable not working after completion

Hello Support,

I'm fully aware of the forum reporting process or checking for fixes via there as well but the problem seems to be partially game breaking as why I'm inquiring.

There seems to be an Ancient Vows Quest bug that has persisted through the last several iterations of the game. I'm playing on an Xbox Series X

Both the Sun & Kabala Relics have been acquired at their respective zones and placed in the valley of the Titans pedestal.

This is where the problem exists as now that they're placed within the alter all I can do is click on it see them and then hit the "B" exit button. Theres no ability do use the D-Pad or A to choose the either buff. All interactions are prevented at this point, allowing you again to only click on the pedestal and look at the relics but cannot choose either or interact with them other than hitting b to exit The relic icon.

I tried resetting creating a new instance, restarting the game, changing play region servers, waiting for 30 mins then relogging in, running both zones again to see if for some weird reason the relics would drop again & they did not. I've attached a picture showing exactly what is shown on my screen, I tried rapidly toggling in an out of the alter w/ no positive result.

Again I've found no fix/solution via POE forums or reddit, this problem exists with no known fix on Reddit for XBOX console.

It does show the quest as completed on my act 2 quest log as a fyi.
But it shows the Medallion highlighted, when you choose valley of the Titans waypoint. Don't know if this helps just sharing all info that I can in regards to the matter.
