Way of the Stone Fist bugged mod conversion

I discovered that T1 Int does not convert into an equivalent value with Way of the Stone Fist. There may be similar issues with other mods of a given tier.

I just noticed this aswell, only tier 1 Int seems to be behaving like this (from the intelligence tiers that I checked).
