Hard Locked in Qimah bug reference 3,931,867,192

Door to Qimah reservoir interactable even though i've progressed the quest to do so. I moved away when jado was talking, and now the doorway is open but there not usable.

I am hard locked from completing this interlude.

Resetting the instance does not effect anything, there is still an unusable open door.

Bump - Further research has shown that this bug has existed since last league, with a workaround using a party member to teleport to the reservoir. However I am SSF and do not want to migrate so this a functionally gamebreaking.

He streamed me this, and I can confirm it looks bugged.

Qimah Reservoir waypoint is NOT unlocked, so the normal party/waypoint workaround is impossible in SSF.

Bumping. Character is still locked from completing interlude 2 from this bug.
