Tooltip Font / Style Inconsistency

For some reason, the game does not feature consistent styling for simple text tooltips.

For instance, this tooltip in the Game Options menu looks quite ugly imo, and has an unnecessarily huge font size - especially compared to the actual menu.


However, just one tab over in the Graphics Options the tooltips look fine and in-style with the rest of the UI.


This makes the whole UI system feel inconsistent and sometimes "ugly".

Yeah +1, the DPS values and skill names have also a bigger size than any other text. Wwas better in 0.4

Popups in the character and settings panels look massive compared to everything else.
