The hooded one bugged in act 4

Same issue, you need to collect the charter from ROG in his house then you can continue.

@Varryn#6341 THANK YOU SO MUCH! I Tried everything under the sun i killed all bosses in the act like 3 times and logged out for an hour change regions. Tyvm you are the best
