Olrath's Conviction is bugged when supporting Mantra of Distruction

Olroth's Conviction does not empower 2 additional skill uses when supporting Mantra of Destruction. This appeared to work in one map, and after that map it does not appear to correctly apply the additional empowers.

Bumping - occasionally it works for part of a map. so it appears Olrath's Conviction not correctly supporting Mantra of Destruction is not indented

Update: Charged Staff consumes the Empowered attacks which is why it appeared to be sometimes working. This is awkward because charged staff is an attack that provides a buff so if this is intended behavior it's a bit frustrating as it gimps the ability to use empowerments on quarterstaff skills qq.
