Failed to connect to instance + ui passive point bug

The ui show 2 unused passive points after allocating the first 2 ascendancy points, without there being any points. Failed to connect to instance error message didn't show at all the first few hours at launch but now it's very frequent.

I’m seeing the passive point issue as well. 2 points showing but can’t spend them, started in act 2 after turning in body of Deshar quest
