Can't spend passives

Have to relog every level up to spend the passive skill

Yeah. I teleport to town. Very annoying. I also have two that either are showing by accident or I just can’t spend them.

Yeah doing the campaign and passives can’t be spent until going to another location. It started happening half way through act 1 (as soon as I got my first weapon swap points). Xbox Series X.
