Aim assist toggle on PC

Currently there are 2 aiming modes in the input tab settings:target cursor and target ground. However both of these have built in aim assist on PC. Please add a toggle to turn off aim assist, make it be independent of aim mode. Thanks.

There are multiple threads spanning back over a year discussing aim assist/auto aim and I'm a little amazed that in all this time a simple toggle hasn't been added.

This is an ARPG, generally, while playing these types of games folks want their abilities to aim where their cursor is when using said ability. Just add a check box under Input > General.
