PoE 2 Loading Screen times

Hi, I recently started playing PoE 2 again and have been experiencing the very long loading times with two cogwheels. It seems to be loading shaders or something like that. Happens when logging in game, just opening the atlas tab, or changing areas/zones.

PC Specs:
Ryzen 5 5600
AMD Radeon RX 7700XT 12GB
32GB DDR4 3200 Mhz RAM
2TB SSD

This isn't in GGG's list of "known bugs," which isn't to say they don't know about it, but it's crazy they aren't acknowledging it. I didn't have any loading issues until this patch, and now it's so bad I'm actively thinking about not playing until it's fixed, or at least until they acknowledge it.

Also to note, I also tried a full uninstall (including the appdata and mygames folders) and it did not help.
