Something Append with Orbe ?

Hi,
I dont know what im doing wrong but i get no orbe
Just finish the act I, no orbe of augmentation or other orb just few exalt.
I have to dez blue stuff to get orbe its very painfull,

is that normal to loot zero orbe, zero scroll ... ?
Do i need 200 rarity to get something ?

PS : I have no filter.
