Account stuck after count lachlann's defeat

Hi,
my account is simple stuck after defeat of the count, it continuously spams the ring and I cannot pick it up and move forward. I tried login, re-login, exit + rejoin, nothing works. Help please. L.E: I tried to teleport to other players as well, still stuck, nothing unblocks my char.
