can't download patch after starting client

After 5 seconds of starting POE2 client the message appears "Disconected from patching server before patching completed. Try again"
I used some recomendation with shortcut - D:\POE2\PathOfExile.exe --patching-server ru-patch.poecdn.com - but it didn't work :(
what i should to do next?

The same and vpn does not help.
Downloaded a content file from torrent and run repair, did not help as well.
