NVIDIA Frame Generation?

How comes PoE 2 doesn't have support for Frame Gen? Don't want to listen to a jet engine when I play. In Diablo 4 I use Frame gen X6, 360 fps locked at all times and computer uses very little power and is quiet and cool. Running PoE 2, computer becomes extremly hot and sounds like a jet engine.
