Patch downloading EXTREMLY slow. Less than 20mbps

I have tried clearing my steam download cache (which inadvertently wiped my download progress which was 61%)

I have change regions several times

I have restarted my PC

I have 900gigs of space on my SSD

I have no other games open

At its current rate on 16 Mbps I will have the patch ready to go in almost 6 hours.

I also did a speed test (I have fiber internet) and it came back almost perfect.

Kind of annoyed because I took off work for this lol.

Is there any solution for this?

Edit* Last ditch effort, I saw something on steam about uninstalling and re-installing that game from scratch and now its even more bricked LOL. Estimated time to DL is 23 hours. Enjoy the launch exiles!

Changing my network adapter (ethernet) in the Advanced section from Auto-negotiation - Max download speed...then changed steams region to something local in my state and I am now re-dling the entire game at 900mbps. That seems to have completely fixed the issue.
