Means you're having server connectivity issues. It is either A (GGG servers being mass downloaded from as the cause.) or less likely, you're having internet issues locally.

Check your local internet and if that is fine... wait it out. The download servers will be unstable for the next 4 hours.

Its from GGG everyone on standalone have it

Same here. Just going to get worse with free weekend me thinks unless GGG does something about it.
