Why is PlayStation hour longer wait??

Why is the wait a hour longer on PlayStation than PC?? Pc’s time says 2 1/2 hours and on PlayStation it says 3 1/2 hours to log in? Is this a bug?

it's not, this bug happens in poe1 as well, the in game display timer is an hour wrong, probably because of some timezones issue
