%50 discount problem

It says %50 discount on all platforms but when i try to upgrade my current EA pack , there is no discount, its same. am i missreading something?

I thought its avalible by 29. may, i didint know if its after launch

ye only the basic 30$ into 15$

no, i got my upgrade support pack without discount.
