Totem Cost

So how much mana will it cost per totem in end game?
Is it going to be like 120 mana per totem?
Or does it cost the cost of spell totem and then the cost of the socketed skill, but no cost for the supports gems?

Depends on the build. Nothing has changed regarding totem costs in 0.5.

The Ancestral Bond Keystone Passive now has: Your Totem Limit is doubled, No Charge requirement for placing Totems, Totems reserve 75 Spirit each. To clarify, despite Spell Totem having the Spell tag, summoning the totem itself is not a spell so costs added to spells are not added to summoning a Spell Totem.

The clarification just explains how added spell costs affect spell totems. That's been always the case.
