PC inspect boss/enemies? Consoles have it

I have seen videos where console players can pause the game and read enemy or boss buff/debuff or their auras (by pressing R3 according to some posts).

I was not able to find a way to do that on pc. Anyone have idea how to do that on PC, it would be very useful for new players.
