Xbox constant "Failed to connect to instance"

Hi,

I've purchased path of exile 2, however i'm constantly receiving a "Failed to connect to instance" error message whenever I try to load into a character. I am able to create a new character, but after I have selected my role, I hit this error.

Im seeing some users mention "Failed to connect to instance" but theres no solutions, nor do they claim to have the same issue as me - always hitting this error the second i create a new character or load into a newly created character.

I've tried (none worked):
- Adjusting the DNS to cloudflare
- Switching gateways
- Disabling cross-play
- Logging out / back in
- Creating new characters

I also notice that when I log into https://www.pathofexile.com with my xbox account, I have no characters present there.

In case its any, I am playing from where I live (Cayman Islands).
