Xbox- All action stops on screen then fast forwards through actions when game starts back up

Xbox player path of exile 2. At seeming random points even in camp all action will stop on screen. Then, anywhere from 1 to 10 seconds later, the game will resume, however all actions taken by enemies and inputs I made during the interim, will play out at x4 speed. I have attempted to hard reset my xbox, delete and re download the game and change what server I'm on, to no success. This has caused several deaths and a lot of frustration. Any help would be appreciated.
