I had a question about generating volatility. If I have a extremely high chance of shocking lets say 50% and I have 4 attacks per second.
Then will I generate 2 stacks of volatility per second? or is there a limit to how fast you can shock things and it refresh? Last bumped on May 28, 2026, 3:40:55 AM
