Help Setup new AMD settings please

Hey there,

i'm playing with the new rig i did, but even if fps are above 100, the game is not fluid, it is like if it stutters and the motion is like lagging. Connection ofc is nice, and even if in game settings are all low, the game doesn't seem fluid as it should be. PC is

Processor AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor (4.70 GHz)
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.2 GB usable)
Graphics card AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT (16 GB)
AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics (486 MB)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Display is 2k with HDMI (Can't make work the DP port, probably an issue with the cable in use with monitor)

Can anyone help in setting up the game graphics and AMD adrenaline edition?
